My favorite place to eat in San Joaquin. I like their vegetarian version of the "casado," a large, delicious, nutritious meal of rice and beans, fried egg, ripe plantains, salad, and french fries, with large blended fresh-strawberry drink, all for 10 USD (6,000 colones) complete. Really, this can fill you up for the day besides snacking. Owners are Julio and Alex, very friendly -- will alter the dish to suit your diet. Located diagonally across from the SW corner of the soccer field -- if the front door is swung open, you might not see the "Antojitos" sign.

I really liked the food, I ordered a burger that was 10/10 and the brownie for dessert was delicious. And what I liked the most was the place inside, very clean, beautiful and also has a super beautiful view of San Joaquín.
